Provenzee Return Policy

At Provenzee, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry and accessories. As our products are trendy and unique, we have implemented the following return policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience for our customers:

  1. No Refunds or Returns: Due to the trendy nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or returns on any items purchased. This includes cases of damaged goods. We encourage our customers to carefully review product descriptions, images, and sizing information before making a purchase.
  2. Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 2 days of receiving your order. To process a claim for a damaged item, you must provide:

   – A video of the unboxing process, clearly showing 360 view of the the sealed package with all the seals intact.

   – A 360-degree view of the item to highlight the damage.

   – A description of the damage.

  1. Replacement or Store Points: Upon verification of the damage through the submitted video, Provenzee will offer a replacement of the damaged item at no additional cost. Alternatively, if a replacement is not possible, customers will receive store points that can be used for future purchases.

   Please note that customers will be responsible for covering any shipping fees associated with the replacement item. Additionally, any extra shipping fees incurred for shipping the replacement product will also be borne by the customer.

  1. Shipping Costs:

   – For orders of 1-5 products, the shipping cost is Rs. 100.

   – For orders of 5-10 products, the shipping cost is Rs. 150.

   – Free shipping is available on orders above Rs. 5000, with a maximum of 10 products.

  1. Quality Assurance: To ensure that our customers receive the highest quality products, every item is subjected to three thorough checks before shipping. These checks include:

   – A visual inspection for any defects.

   – A quality assessment to ensure the item meets our standards.

   – A final packing check to confirm that the correct item is being shipped.
